Lisa Giles-Caison, a cum laude graduate of Southern Nazarene University has been an HR and Operations professional for the last 23 years. During most of her career, she was focused on all disciplines of Human Resources and obtained both her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications respectively. After many years of focused HR management experience, she transitioned into Operations Administration working for smaller legal firms.
In addition to her work and family responsibilities, she has served on the Boards of her local and state SHRM Chapters and her local chapter of Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) in various leadership roles.
Ms. Caison is an Oklahoma Native and currently lives in Oklahoma with her husband and they share five children and thirteen grandchildren.
