Kimberly A. Glennon, Esq.

Kimberly Glennon has extensive experience handling employment matters on behalf of individuals, from negotiations through litigation and appeals. Her practice includes all areas of employment law including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), unpaid wage claims, breach of employment contracts, non-compete clauses, and employment contract and severance agreement reviews and negotiations. Recently, Ms. Glennon was selected as one of Upstate New York's Super Lawyers Rising Stars, a prestigious association awarded to few lawyers.

Previously Ms. Glennon worked as an attorney with Dolin, Thomas & Solomon LLP where she gained extensive experience representing individuals and handling class action employment matters. Ms. Glennon is a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University where she clerked for an Administrative Law Judge in the New York State Division of Human Rights. Ms. Glennon is admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts in New York. She is also a member of the New York and Monroe County Bar Associations.
