Ashley R. Westbrook is a seasoned litigator who has practiced extensively in both state and federal courts across New York. Her trial and courtroom experience helps our team litigate business, employment, matrimonial, and trust and estate disputes for our clients.
Ashley spent a large portion of her youth being educated in Japan. She then graduated from Hamilton College before graduating from the University at Buffalo Law School, where she received the Linda B. Reynolds award for her commitment to public interest law. She founded the Erie County Restorative Justice Coalition, which continues to promote restorative justice initiatives across Buffalo. Prior to joining The Glennon Firm, Ashley was a law clerk in the federal Western District of New York court for the Hon. Marian W. Payson, litigated business and employment matters for a well-regarded Buffalo, New York law firm, prior to litigating extensively in the public sector.
Ashley lives in Canandaigua with her husband and four children. She is fluent in Spanish, proficient in Japanese, and is learning Italian.
