About

Tracey B. Scarpello is a Counsel at The Glennon Law Firm, P.C. She offers vast experience and expertise in disputes across multiple jurisdictions in federal and state courts, including complex commercial disputes, business litigation, employment disputes, and trust and estate litigation, as well as product liability and mass tort litigation, class-action arbitration, and mediation.

Before joining the firm, Tracey served as counsel at Nixon Peabody for more than 20 years, where she managed all phases of litigation—fact investigation and development, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, trials, and appeals. She also has experience with the New York State Division of Human Rights (DHR).

A graduate of the National Trial Academy sponsored by the American Bar Association and the American Board of Trial Advocates, Tracey has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America©, The Legal 500, New York Super Lawyers®, and by The Best Lawyers in America© as a 2026 “Lawyer of the Year” in Product Liability Litigation Defense.

Tracey earned her J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and her master’s degree as a physician assistant and her bachelor’s degree in health sciences and biology from Duquesne University. Tracey is a resident in our Buffalo office.
